Pricing questions
What counts as a scan?
A single scan is one analysis run — one chest X-ray, one Brain MRI series, one CT sequence, etc. Re-running the same DICOM file counts as a new scan. On the Department and Enterprise tiers, there is no scan limit.
Can I upgrade from Clinic to Department mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing cycle, then the full Department rate from the next cycle. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — we offer a demo session with your own DICOM scans before any commitment. Enterprise customers also have access to a structured evaluation period as part of the procurement process. Contact us to arrange a live demonstration.
Are prices per site or per system?
Clinic and Department plans are per-organisation. A single radiology department across one building uses one subscription. Multi-site (multiple hospital campuses) falls under the Enterprise tier where pricing is scoped to deployment size.
