The Case for Enterprise AI Radiology
The gap between scan volume and radiologist capacity is only growing
Every hospital procurement committee is evaluating the same underlying problem: radiology demand grows at 5–8% annually while subspecialist hiring takes 18–24 months. Fractify is not a radiology replacement — it is the first-pass triage layer that ensures every scan is screened, every critical flag is caught, and your radiologists spend time on the cases that need them.
Critical flag detection
7 critical conditions flagged with mandatory alert banners — Tension Pneumothorax, Acute Hemorrhage, Aortic Dissection, Large PE, Herniation/Midline Shift, Acute Ischemic Stroke, Cardiac Tamponade. Zero missed urgency.
PACS & DICOM integration
Full DICOM support with PACS integration assistance included in the Department and Enterprise tiers. Structured HL7-compatible output slots into existing clinical workflows without disruption.
Structured, auditable reports
Schema-based outputs: primary finding, confidence score, severity, urgency (1–5), differentials, and treatment guidance. Every field is consistent across every read — ready for EHR ingestion and clinical audit.

Deployment Options
Cloud, hybrid, or fully on-premise
Every hospital network has different data sovereignty and security requirements. Fractify's Enterprise tier supports all three deployment architectures, with dedicated infrastructure, SLA coverage, and a dedicated integration engineer during go-live.
SaaS Cloud
Zero-infrastructure deployment. Connect your PACS to our secure API. 99.9% uptime SLA. HIPAA-aligned data handling.
Hybrid
Models run on your infrastructure, reports delivered to the cloud dashboard. Best for regulated environments where scan data must stay on-site.
On-Premise
Full deployment within your hospital network. Air-gapped option available. Includes installation, validation, and staff training by our clinical engineers.
For Procurement Directors
Questions your committee will ask
Is Fractify a regulated medical device?
Fractify is a clinical decision support tool, not a cleared diagnostic device in all markets. Enterprise customers receive detailed documentation on regulatory status by jurisdiction and guidance on institutional validation protocols before go-live. Contact us for the current regulatory filing status in your country.
Does patient data leave our network?
In the hybrid and on-premise deployment tiers, imaging data never leaves your infrastructure. The AI inference runs locally; only structured (non-image) report data is transmitted to the dashboard if required. For SaaS deployments, all data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with data processing agreements available.
How long does a typical integration take?
A standard PACS connection for SaaS deployment typically takes 2–4 weeks including testing. On-premise installation for a single-site deployment is 4–8 weeks. Multi-site enterprise rollouts are scoped individually. All Enterprise customers receive a dedicated integration engineer for the duration of go-live.
Can radiologists override or annotate AI findings?
Yes. The Enterprise dashboard includes a radiologist review layer where every AI finding can be confirmed, amended, or overridden with a signed audit trail. All clinical decisions remain with the licensed radiologist — Fractify surfaces findings and prepares drafts, never finalises reports unilaterally.
What SLA terms are available?
Enterprise agreements include 99.9% uptime commitment, 4-hour critical response time, monthly performance reports, and clinical validation support. SLA terms are negotiated individually based on deployment scope and are included in the enterprise contract package.
